Display enabled allows you to automatically include a task in your workflow. When disabled, the task will not be included in the workflow unless you manually select it. This feature helps to determine which tasks can be automatically added to your workflow.
Using the Display Enabled Feature
By default the Display Enabled feature is set to Yes unless modified, making each task visible in your workflow's task list, as shown in this example.

Tasks can be disabled based on qualifications you determine during your interaction with the customer. As shown below, some tasks have been unchecked in cases where the task is optional in the workflow.

When building your workflow, each task has a display enabled option to help you customize your workflow by task. As you build the workflow, decide if you want to disable the feature.
Click Save to update any modifications made to this feature.

Note: If the feature is kept active, you can manually uncheck the task as needed
before sending the workflow.
