You can modify project settings for individual workflows to override project settings. It is helpful to use these features to customize your workflow. In this article, we will show you the importance of activating each tool and setting.
Workflow tools and settings
Preview Eye - Next to the gear icon, click the preview eye to see the mobile view of your workflow while editing. To close out the preview click on the eye icon above the preview window. Click on the left-to-right arrows to view your changes while building your workflow.
CSV File - Download a current draft of your workflow to collaborate with your team or clients.
Modifying workflow settings
Click the gear icon to modify the workflow settings.
Internal Name - If you have multiple workflows with the same name (i.e. get started, inspection report, product survey, etc.), create an internal name to make sure you send the correct one. The internal name will only be visible to internal users and it will be displayed within parentheses in the service app.
Thank You Message - Use this thank you message to override the thank you message created in your project settings. This could be specific instructions meant for completing a specific workflow.
Tip: Use the thank you message to communicate next steps to the customer.
Notification Inbox - Enter an email to redirect notifications for this workflow to a specific inbox to override notifications to the sender. Or the email added in the project settings notification inbox (if set).
Note: Add multiple email addresses to notify more than one collaborator when a session has new activity
with a space and a comma (i.e. upon first upload and/or completion).
Workflow Template - If you have activated custom design templates, select the template design specific for the workflow. When this feature is not customized, the system will select the default template.
