There are two ways for users with Admin App access to reset a password.
Here are the steps to change your password from the login page:
1. From the admin.mirror.me login page, enter your email and click 'forgot password' when prompted.
2. Enter your email again and click 'reset password'.
3. A password reset email from noreply@mirror.me will be sent to your inbox. Click on the link to be redirected to the password reset page.
You will be logged in to the Admin App after you confirm your new password.
Important! Check your spam folder if you do not see the password reset email. If you don't see the email, go directly to this link to reset your password: https://admin.mirror.me/users/password/new
You can also change your password from your profile within the Admin App.
1. Click the profile tab in the sidebar.
2. Enter your new password and retype it to confirm. Be sure to click save and refresh the page.
