When MirrorMe makes updates and fixes from time to time, the mobile user referred to as the end-user, must clear their cache to use the latest version of MirrorMe. This applies to desktop users as well that use the Service application from one of our preferred browsers: Firefox, Edge, Safari, and Chrome.
How to clear the cache from your iPhone settings:
1. With the Safari app open, navigate to your iPhone's settings. In Settings select Safari.
2. Scroll down to tap Clear History and Website Data.
3. Confirm prompt.
Note: Please follow the same steps to clear cache for any additional browsers
on your apple devices.
...and that's it! You've successfully cleared your cache.
How to clear the cache from your Safari Browser:
1. On your desktop in the Safari browser, hover over the Safari menu in the upper-left corner and click on Settings in the dropdown menu.
Note: You can also press the ‘Command + ,’ keys within the Safari browser to
open Settings.
2. In settings click on the Advanced section and check off the Show Develop menu in menu Bar box.
3. Hover over to the Develop menu at the top and click on Empty Caches to clear the cache.
Note: You can also press the ‘Option + Command + E’ keys to clear the cache
after enabling the Develop menu.
...and that's it! You've successfully cleared your desktop browser cache.
