When MirrorMe makes updates and fixes from time to time, the mobile user referred to as the end-user, must clear their cache to use the latest version of MirrorMe. This applies to desktop users as well that use the Service application from one of our preferred browsers: Firefox, Edge, Safari, and Chrome.
How to clear the cache from your Android device:
1. With the Firefox app open, navigate to settings by tapping the three-dot menu located top right and select Settings.
2. Tap Delete browsing data and make sure the box for Cached images and files is checked.
3. Tap Delete browsing data.
...and that's it! You've successfully cleared your cache.
How to clear the cache from your Firefox Desktop Browser:
1. On your desktop in the Firefox browser, click the hamburger menu at the top-right of the screen, and select Settings.
2. In settings click on the Privacy & Security section and scroll to Cookies and Site Data. Click Clear Data.
3. Check off the Cookies and site data and Cached Web Content boxes and click Clear.
...and that's it! You've successfully cleared your desktop browser cache.
