When MirrorMe makes updates and fixes from time to time, the mobile user referred to as the end-user, must clear their cache to use the latest version of MirrorMe. This applies to desktop users that use the Service application as well, from one of our preferred browsers: Firefox, Edge, Safari, and Chrome.
How to clear the cache from your Android device:
1. With the Google Chrome app open, navigate to the Settings menu located in the three-dot menu.
2. Go to Privacy and security under settings:
3. Then, select Clear browsing data.
4. Check off the Cookies and site data and the Cached images and files boxes. Modify time range of clearing as needed.
5. Then press Clear data.
...and that's it! You've successfully cleared your cache.
How to clear the cache from your Chrome Browser:
1. On your desktop in the Chrome browser, click on the three-dot menu at the top-right.
2. In the menu select More Tools and then Clear Browsing Data.
3. Check off the Cookies and site data and Cached images and files boxes. Modify the time range of clearing as needed.
4. Click Clear data.
...and that's it! You've successfully cleared your cache.
