When MirrorMe makes updates and fixes from time to time, the mobile user referred to as the end-user, must clear their cache to use the latest version of MirrorMe. This applies to desktop users as well that use the Service application from one of our preferred browsers: Firefox, Edge, Safari, and Chrome.
How to clear the cache from your Android device:
1. With the Edge app open, tap the hamburger menu at the bottom of the screen, and select Settings.
2. Tap Privacy and security and select Clear browsing data.
3. Check off Cookies and site data plus Cached images and files.
4. Then tap Clear data to complete the steps to delete your Microsoft Edge cache on Android.
Note: Clearing your Android cache will delete all the image and site files from the
Microsoft Edge app.
...and that's it! You've successfully cleared your cache.
How to clear the cache from your Edge Browser:
1. On your desktop in the Edge browser, click the three-dot menu at the top-right of the screen, and select Settings.
2. In settings click on the Privacy, Search, and Services section and scroll to Clear browsing data. Then select Choose What to Clear.
3. Check off the Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files boxes and click Clear Now.
4. Restart your browser.
...and that's it! You've successfully cleared your desktop browser cache.
