What is the Activity Log?
The activity log is a compilation of session activity between agents and end users. Access the activity log by clicking the Activity tab on the Service App.
Note: You may only view sessions you initiated or are given permission to access.
Each entry in the activity log includes:
Timestamp - Displays the time the session was created
Project/Account - Name of project and account associated with the session
Agent - Identifies the user who created the session
Contact - Email or phone number used to initiate session
Session - Displays the unique session ID
Reference - Claim identifier information
Service - Live video or workflow name
Status - Latest stage of session
Workflow and live video sessions have status updates to track activity and stages of your session.
Stages of your session:
- Pending - Session request awaiting activity from end user
- Started - Session in progress, to be completed by end user
- Processing - Live video recording rendering and compressing stage
- Completed - Processed live video or workflow sessions
Additional Data for Session Activity
Display Note - External note to customer featured on mobile landing page
Labels - Keywords to identify a session
Reminders - Indicates timestamp of last reminder sent
Numbered Arrow - Indicates the number of files uploaded and navigates to session
Activity Log Features:
Search - Search by keywords, tags, or filter results by setting a conditional description into the field box.
Group Search - To do a quick group search, click the blue text. For example, clicking the agent's name will display all the sessions the agent has sent.
Starred Items - To group search by starred items, enter the word 'starred' in the search field.
