To get started, select the project you'll be working from. Then click Workflow to navigate to the contact page.
Breakdown of the Contact Page:
Contact
In the contact field, enter the recipient's phone number and/or email. To send an invite to multiple contacts, separate your contact with a comma. Click on the globe icon to search for the country code.
Reference
Add a reference to help internally track the workflow. You can use a claim number associated with the customer to reference the session.
Display Note
Include a specific note (i.e., model, type, color) to display to the recipient when they open the workflow.
Workflow
Select a workflow from the dropdown options.
Click the Tasks dropdown to select or deselect the tasks you want to include for the workflow.
Note: By default, all unchecked tasks are not included in your standard invite.
Invite Message
The invite message is the company's template message, containing a unique session ID link to activate the workflow. You can customize your invite message to suit each case.
Restore Message
Click Restore Message when you want to revert back to your default message.
Skip Invite
The Skip Invite function enables you to bypass the invite request and send the invite via an external communication channel (i.e. email, social media, chat message). To use this feature, copy the session ID link to your preferred form of communication and then click skip invite.
Send
Click Send to deliver the workflow invite to the recipient.
