This feature allows you to resend a workflow session to request additional information from your customers. You can opt to send tasks from your initial workflow or choose a new workflow from your project.
Newly uploaded media will be included in your existing session.
Here's how to resend a workflow invite:
To resend a workflow, click on in your session to bring up the contact page.
The contact information associated with your session will be pre-populated. You can opt to replace the contact information if you'd like. To add more than one user, separate their contact information (whether it be an email or phone number) with a semicolon (;). Make sure there are no spaces between each contact.
By default, the previously sent workflow will be pre-selected so you can easily resend your workflow. You can also select another workflow from your list.
You have the option to change your reference field or display note. Please note that changing this information will replace any information previously added in these fields.
Next, select which task(s) you want to resend. If you are selecting a new workflow from your list, remember to click Tasks to select the ones that need to be completed.
Customize your message as needed, and press send.
That's it! You've successfully resent a workflow.
