You don't need a masterclass to capture quality content. To get your customer started, provide at least three photo and video-taking tips.
You can provide these tips on first contact or in the photo or video task description of a workflow. The quality of content submissions relies on good instructional direction.
With these tips, your customer is sure to take photos and videos that will help you process their claim faster!

1. Make sure the mobile device's camera is steady. If a selfie stick is available, use it to help stabilize a walkthrough of a room.
2. MirrorMe does not have a zoom feature, so it's important to move the camera's lens closer to the product to get sharper details. This applies to photo taking too.
Note: If the product is beyond reach, we suggest you zoom into the item on your native
camera app and upload the photo/video as an attachment.
3. For MirrorMe desktop users during live video calls: If you take a live snapshot while the mobile camera is moving around, the image can come out blurred. Make sure the camera is steady and locked from any motion before taking the live snapshot.
