Here are the steps to change your password from the login page:
1. From the service.mirror.me login page, enter your email and click 'forgot password' when prompted.
2. Enter your email again and click 'reset password'.
3. A password reset email from noreply@mirror.me will be sent to your inbox. Click on the link to be redirected to the password reset page.
Note: Check your spam folder if you do not see the password reset email.
You will be logged in to the Service App after you confirm your new password.
You can also change your password from your profile within the Service App.
1. Click the profile tab in the sidebar.
2. Enter your new password and retype it to confirm. Be sure to click save and refresh the page.
