MirrorMe session links can be shared with your customer support communication channels. You can this feature when you want to customize the branding experience for your customer and help build trust in using MirrorMe as your support tool.
To integrate MirrorMe with your CRM system or your company support website page, contact your MirrorMe manager to obtain API documentation.
Here is a step-by-step process on how to use session links.
Activating links for external communication channels
From the Service app, select Workflow to copy the session link.
Then paste the link onto your support communication channel (i.e. live chat, email, social media). And click Skip Invite to activate the session.
Note: In Activity, notice the session is active in pending status and there
are no contact details provided due to activating the session in an external
support channel.
